  • How to place an order?

    Ordering at IntelliHome is fast and secure.
    Just follow these simple steps to place your order.

    1. To add a product from our catalog to your shopping cart, click the number of units and click the add to cart button on any product overview or detail page.

    2. During shopping, you can view the items you have put in your cart by clicking on the Shopping Cart button.

      At this point you can make changes to your order : you can change the ordered quantities, you can delete items, etc.
      If you have a discount code, you can enter it here.
      Doublecross the contents and if everything is ok, you can continue to the checkout page.

    3. When you're finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
      You will find the checkout button also at the top of each page :

    4. If you are not yet logged in, you can do so here.
      If you are not yet registered, you can click the Create an account button.
      If you want to proceed without registering, you can click the Checkout without an account button.

    5. Next stage is the order summary page. Here you'll get an overview of your total order and the address details you provided. Please check carefully and if you're done click the button :

    6. After you have checked your order you will be taken to the payment interface.
      This interface is hosted by Ogone and there you will need to enter your credit card number, the expiration date and the CVC security code.
      All credit card details are requested only on the secure Ogone site - we don't see these, and we certainly don't store them.

    7. When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with UPS tracking information.

  • The use of a savings certificates

    • A savings certificate can be obtained in several ways. Most often as a result of a purchase of a specific product in promotion, either as a "promotional offer" towards newsletter subscribers or as a "thank you" for being our customer, etc.
    • You will receive the discount code by e-mail.
    • Offer must be redeemed at our Website, http://www.intellihome.be
    • Each savings certificate can be used only once.
    • The minimum order amount is 100 Euro!
    • The savings certificate can not be combined with other promotions.
    • Taxes and shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
    • Each savings certificate is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the e-mail!
    • The savings certificate is not for resale and is not redeemable for cash.
    • If you return items purchased using a savings certificate, you will not receive a refund for the amount of the offer.

  • Your 15 day money back guarantee

    Our return policy is simple - 15 day money back guarantee.

    We want you to be completely happy with the products you have purchased form us.
    If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in the condition you have received them within 15 days and we will refund your money (at 85%*) or exchange the item (at 100%).
    Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition.
    (E.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must put it all back in the same way as it was before you opened it!)
    The product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories!

    * As you understand that the product you return to is not "new" anymore, we will apply a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from the total to refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If "free shipping" was applied as a result of a promotional offer, we will deduct the real shipping costs from the refund.
    Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days.
    Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging and/or missing parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

  • Warranty Returns

    IntelliHome warrants your product to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship
    for a period of 2-years from the date of the original purchase.
    If an item your purchased from us fails within the manufacturer's warranty period you can return it to us and we will replace (or repair) it for free. You pay for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping back to you to countries within the European Union. Shipping charges will be applied on all replacements to countries outside the European Union. Before you return an item, please always check your manual, our FAQ and our Help files. This to avoid you return goods that are NOT defective.
    Shipping charges will be applied if a product has been found not to be defective.
