Our return policy is simple - 15 day money back guarantee.
We want you to be completely happy with the products you have purchased form us.
If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in the condition you have received them within 15 days and we will refund your money (at 85%*) or exchange the item (at 100%).
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition.
(E.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must put it all back in the same way as it was before you opened it!)
The product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories!
* As you understand that the product you return to is not "new" anymore, we will apply a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from the total to refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If "free shipping" was applied as a result of a promotional offer, we will deduct the real shipping costs from the refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days.
Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging and/or missing parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.
Use the return form on the back of your invoice to ensure prompt and accurate handling of your return.

Warranty Returns
IntelliHome warrants your product to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship
for a period of 2-years from the date of the original purchase.
If an item your purchased from us fails within the manufacturer's warranty period you can return it to us and we will replace (or repair) it for free. You pay for shipping to us, we will pay for shipping back to you to countries within the European Union. Shipping charges will be applied on all replacements to countries outside the European Union.
Before you return an item, please always check your manual, our FAQ and our Help files. This to avoid you return goods that are NOT defective.
Shipping charges will be applied if a product has been found not to be defective.
