1. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express :
Belgian customers can also pay through KBC Online / CBC Online
If you don't have a credit card, you can also pay by wire transfer in advance.
If you choose this payment method, then you need to send your order by e-mail to our order department orders@intellihome.be.
You will receive a proforma invoice confirming the total amount, our bank details and the payment reference.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at IntelliHome is safe. Every credit card purchase you make at IntelliHome is backed by the IntelliHome Safe Shopping Guarantee.

3. How much is charged for shipping?
IntelliHome ships to any country in the world. To find out how much the shipping cost for your order will be, simple select the country in our country list below or check Shipping & Deliveries.
You will then immediatly find out how much the shipping cost will be automatically added to your order.
If your country is not listed just send us an E-mail and we will promptly inform you on the shipping cost for your country.
The shipping cost for coutries that are part of the European Union are inclusive of VAT. If you are living outside the European Union NO VAT is charged.

All our products are shipped by Express Shipping in order to offer you the lowest shipping cost possible for fast and accurate delivery of your order.
CUSTOM INFORMATION FOR PEOPLE LIVING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes when the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. This varies from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information.
There are NO extra duties to be paid for customers living in the European Union.

4. What about our return policy?
Our return policy is simple - 15 day money back guarantee.
We want you to be completely happy with the products you have purchased form us.
If you are not, simply return the items you don't want in the condition you have received them within 15 days and we will refund your money (at 85%*) or exchange the item (at 100%).
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition.
(E.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, you must put it all back in the same way as it was before you opened it!)
The product should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories!
* As you understand that the product you return to is not "new" anymore, we will apply a restocking fee of 15% that will be deducted from the total to refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If "free shipping" was applied as a result of a promotional offer, we will deduct the real shipping costs from the refund.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty and returned within 7 days.
Products returned damaged, with missing or damaged packaging and/or missing parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 20% up to the full purchase price.
Use the return form on the back of your invoice to ensure prompt and accurate handling of your return.

5. What about VAT (sales taxes)?
VAT (sales taxes) has to be charged to any sales transactions to private customers according to European regulation that is valid for every country part of the European Union.
Orders to customers living outside the European Union will automatically be invoice exclusive of VAT.
