  • Within the European Union* : 24H/48H by UPS *.

    • Monday to Thursday : All orders received before 15h (3.00 pm CET) are shipped the same day*
    • Friday : All orders received before 14h00 (2.00 pm CET) are shipped the same day*

    Delivery takes place during Office hours!

    To ensure a quick delivery, we recommend you to specify a different address for delivery if you are not home during the day. You can do this in the field "Shipping address" at the checkout page. If possible please also enter a phone number where you can be reached, so UPS can contact you if necessary.

2. How to track your order?

The day we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking number. With this number you can check the status of your shipment at UPS.com.

3. Our Backorder policy?

  • We do NOT charge your card until we ship the goods. If something is part shipped, you are only charged for what is in stock.
  • If there are backorders in your order that can be shipped within 3 working days, we may decide to keep your order on hold. You will of course be notified in advance.
