The RP software is a comprehensive interface to the control panel that facilitates system programming, cuts down on time spent on-site and provides a secure customer database for the installers that enables you to store your files in pass code protected libraries.

Remote Programmer Access Levels

The Marmitek Remote Programmer (RP) allows different levels of access in order to protect the customer database.

The access level options are the following:

• 1)Supervisor - This code grants access to all operations.
• 2)Operator - This code grants access only to user operations such as arming and disarming the system (the Monitor feature).
• 3)Technician - This code grants limited access to the program.A technician is not able to view or change user codes or the RP access code.

The different access levels are used by entering a different code for each level when accessing the RP.
