1. 14 day reflection period

The 14 day reflection period allows you to send a product back if it does not meet your expectations.

On all return shipments the General Terms (item 3) of Intellihome are applicable.

We kindly request to respect the following procedure:


You are a registered customer

STEP 1 – Log in with your account information to request for a RMA-number

  • Click on the left bar on RMA under “My Account”.
  • Now click on New RMA Request.
  • Choose the order of which you want to send back 1 or more products.
  • You can remove products you do not which to return.
  • Mention if the product has been opened or not.
  • Under request type choose for ‘returns – 14 day reflection period')
  • If necessary you can add extra information.
  • Click now on send.

STEP 2 – RMA number

Upon receipt of your RMA request you will receive an email with a RMA-Number that you will have to mention on the outside of your return package. In the same email you will receive further instructions for the shipment of your return package.

STEP 3 – Shipment

Pack the products in such a way that they will be returned in an undamaged state.

Please include a copy of the email you have received and a copy of your invoice and send the package to

Reimbursement

In order to perform the reimbursement, please mention your account number (IBAN number & BIC Code). Upon receipt of your return package we will issue an internal credit note and the amount due will be reimbursed within 14 days.

Status

The status of your return shipment can be viewed in your account under RMA.

STEP 1 – Request for a RMA-number

  • Click here to go to our contact form.
  • Fill our your contact information.
  • Select “Choose department” and click on “return – 14 day reflection period”.
  • Fill out your customer number, invoice number, the product you wish to return and if the packaging has been opened or not. Here you can also fill out the reason if return.
  • Click now on “send”.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.

STEP 2 – RMA number

Upon receipt of your RMA request you will receive an email with a RMA-Number that you will have to mention on the outside of your return package. In the same email you will receive further instructions for the shipment of your return package.

STEP 3 – Shipment

Pack the products in such a way that they will be returned in an undamaged state.

Please include a copy of the email you have received and a copy of your invoice and send the package to

Reimbursement

2. Warranty

All products purchased at Intellihome carry a 2-year standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise.

All warranties are subject to our General Terms (item 10).

  • If necessary you can add extra information on the problems(s) you are experiencing.
  • Finally choose the reason of return.
  • Click now on send.

3. Repair

If your product is defective and the warranty has expired you can choose for a repair of your product.

  • Click on the left bar on RMA under “My Account”.
  • Now click on New RMA Request.
  • Choose the order of which you want to send back 1 or more products for repair..
  • You can remove products you do not which to return.
  • Under type request choose “repair”.
  • Under extra information you can include a problem description.
  • Finally choose the reason of return “warrant period expired”.
  • Click now on send.
  • You will receive an email confirmation.

STEP 2 – RMA number

Upon receipt of your RMA request you will receive an email with a RMA-Number that you will have to mention on the outside of your return package. In the same email you will receive further instructions for the shipment of your return package.
