The Danfoss Temperature Sensor is an electronic sensor that measures the ambient temperature and serves to control the heating in a function of the ambient temperature in the room where it is installed.

The Danfoss Temperature Sensor also allows you to adjust the temperature using two buttons allowing you to raise or lower the set temperature. For example, this sensor can be used as a simple Z-Wave Temperature Sensor or to control the heating/air conditioning.

In addition to the two buttons on the front, the device has another button on the top front. The use of this button can be determined by the central controller. The functions can for example be a rapid increase in temperature (Boost) or the activation of a power-saving mode.
